I bought these gummies for sleep. I started with using half of the relaxation gummy 3 hours before. It's time to me to go to bed and then I use the sleep gummy when it's time for bed and I sleep so well and I wake up refreshed in the morning. I wake up on weekends at the time I normally get for work which I kinda don't like but other than that it's working great for me.
I only feel calm, there's no HIGH feeling. It's awesome
